Auto Loading System 
It is mainly used for the aseptic transmission and connection between the half-stoppered antibiotic bottles from the filling and filling machine to the freeze-drying machine, and between the freeze-drying machine and the cap rolling machine. It has an advanced integrated in-and-out bottle mechanism, fully realizing the automatic transfer of products in isolation.Sterile transmission and connection.




 

Characteristics
There are two types of automatic feeding and discharging system: fixed type and mobile type. According to the process requirements, customers can choose either separately or mixed.

Automatic feed in and feed out system is composed of several major parts or systems, such as feed docking system, front push rod feed system, rear push rod discharge system, discharge system, isolation system and control system.
The whole feeding and discharging cycle of the equipment is divided into: feeding, buffering, counting, plate and layer docking, feeding, plate and layer docking, discharging and bottle discharging, etc. In the automatic operation mode, the feeding and discharging cycle is executed automatically according to the above steps.
